dr Kacper Wosiak
Attorney-at-Law
Ph.D. in Law with specialization in commercial law. Attorney-at-Law registered on the list of Wrocław Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. Assistant Professor at the Department of Business and Commercial Law of the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University of Wrocław.
He specializes in corporate consulting and commercial disputes. He has successfully represented Clients before the Supreme Court. In his practice, he also deals with local government law and real estate law, including construction law.
Author of numerous scientific articles on companies’ commercial law, as well as a scientific monograph on the regulations concerning exercising share rights by shareholders of a joint-stock company.
Kamila Żmidzińska
Attorney-at-Law
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław in 2016. She is registered on the list of the Wrocław Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. She has been working with CDD Legal since 2016. She has experience in corporate law, civil law, and labor law. She has participated in the processes of company mergers and business transformations. She has advised Clients on intellectual property matters. In the Law Firm she deals with current legal services for entrepreneurs.
Anna Sierczyńska
Advocate
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wroclaw in Wrocław. She completed her studies by defending her master’s thesis under the supervision of Professor Zofia Świda, PhD, in the Department of Criminal Procedure. From 2004 to 2007, she served her lawyer’s apprenticeship and was entered on the list of attorneys of the Bar Association in Wroclaw on January 17, 2008. In 2017, she completed Postgraduate Studies in Medical Law and Bioethics at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Wroclaw.
She has been working with the Firm since 2010.
She has many years of practical experience in representing individual clients, especially in criminal, civil and family cases in court proceedings before common courts of all instances and the Supreme Court. In his practice he also deals with medical law, in particular servicing medical entities.
Adriana Hojczak
Attorney-at-Law
Graduate of the Faculty of Law Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. Legal counsel trainee at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Wroclaw. Prior to joining the Firm in 2022, she worked in law firms in Wroclaw, gaining professional experience in the service of commercial companies and in civil and criminal cases.
Privately, she is interested in literature, cinema and interior design.
Mariusz Starke
Attorney-at-Law
Attorney-at-Law, registered on the list of Wałbrzych Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
He is interested in the history of Poland until 1772. He is actively involved in sports – he runs and competes in amateur competitions at distances ranging from 10 km to half-marathons.
Interests: local government law, family law, real estate management law.
Grzegorz Bobowski
Attorney-at-Law, broker
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, as well as of the German Law Studies at Viadrina University in Frankfurt/Oder and Hamburg University. He is registered on the list of the Council of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw. He is a member of the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers.
He has been working with CDD Law Firm since 2011.
Grzegorz specializes in insurance law and practice of the business insurance market in Poland. As an insurance broker and partner in a brokerage firm, he has several years of practical experience in representing entrepreneurs in the construction of insurance contracts and claiming damages, including in servicing listed companies and entities from the German language area.
Kacper Cichocki
Attorney-at-Law
Entered on the list of legal advisors of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw since 2006.
Has experience in commercial, civil, labor, environmental protection and waste management law acquired in the course of ongoing legal services to entrepreneurs. He also has experience in local government law resulting from many years of cooperation with local government units.
Since 2008 he has been an arbitrator of the permanent Court of Arbitration at the Lower Silesian Chamber of Commerce in Wroclaw.
Privately interested in literature, cinema and rock music.
Krzysztof J. Musiał
Tax Advisor
Tax Advisor since 1997. He was the first in Poland to pass examinations for this freelance profession. He specializes in conducting disputes with tax administration in front of Administrative Courts. He has conducted over 6,800 tax disputes before the Voivodeship Administrative Courts and Supreme Administrative Courts. He is a scientific editor of the Wolters Kluwer Tax Procedures Publishing House. An author of several dozen publications on international and domestic tax law.
Paweł Świdkiewicz
Tax Advisor
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wroclaw. Lawyer. Tax advisor registered in the list of tax advisors in the Lower Silesian Chamber of Tax Advisors in Wroclaw. He has extensive professional experience, including, among others, handling requests for the issuance of individual interpretations of tax laws, in cases involving proceedings for granting tax relief to entrepreneurs, as well as security and enforcement proceedings conducted against taxpayers.
He spends his free time with his family.
Magdalena Cetera
Mediator
Permanent mediator at the District Court in Wrocław, Legnica and Opole. For 20 years she has been involved in mediation in criminal and civil law, conducting both court and private mediations before the initiation of court proceedings.
Lecturer at the MBA Postgraduate Studies in Cracow School of Business CUE at the Cracow University of Economics. She is a co-author and lecturer at the Postgraduate Studies, for the Mediator Profession, the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Wroclaw, and a lecturer in mediation at the Wroclaw School of Banking. She conducts training in mediation and communication.
Mediator of the Mediation Centre at the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Wroclaw. A graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences, she completed Postgraduate Studies in Commercial and Economic Law at the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics of the University of Wrocław.
Robert Zieliński
Restructuring Advisor
Restructuring Advisor (license no. 1548) with many years of practice in the management of commercial law companies, sales of financial services, logistics, procurements, debt collection, and real estate management. He worked for several years as a member of the management board of an international corporation in the financial industry.
Graduate of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Completed MBA studies at the Wrocław University of Economics and postgraduate studies in Real Estate Management and Evaluation at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, a graduate of ICAN Institute- Strategic Leasing Academy.
Kaja Stelmaszewska
Trainee Attorney-at-Law
Graduated in law and Slavic studies as part of the Interdisciplinary Individual Studies in the Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw. She obtained her Master’s degree in law, defending her Master’s thesis on human rights under the supervision of Prof. ucz. dr. hab. Marcin Wiącek. Since 2024, she has been a trainee attorney at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw.
Prior to joining the Firm, she worked at a law firm of attorneys and public administration institutions in Warsaw and Wroclaw, gaining professional experience in civil, administrative and legislative matters.
Grzegorz Telakowski
Trainee Attorney-at-Law
Graduated in law from the College of Law in Wrocław. He obtained his master’s degree by defending his thesis on human rights under the supervision of Professor Krzysztof Wójtowicz. Since 2023, he has been a trainee legal adviser at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wałbrzych.
So far, he has gained experience in the office of legal advisers and attorneys, dealing with legal services for natural persons, mainly in the field of civil law and civil procedure.
Privately, he is a music lover, especially of rock from the ’80s & ’90s. He is passionate about travelling in the Mediterranean countries and mountain hiking.
Kacper Jasiukiewicz
Assistant to Attorney-at-Law
Student of the Faculty of Law at the University of Law in Wrocław. Currently doing an internship to prepare him for the profession and allow him to build up experience. A young and ambitious person ready to help his colleagues, moreover open to a new dose of knowledge.
Privately a keen sportsman, he is particularly passionate about surfing and the gym. The sports he practises allow him to remain open-minded and knowledgeable.
Patryk Barczak
Assistant to Attorney-at-Law
Student of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław. An active member of the student community, participating, inter alia, in the Civilians Circle of the University. A scholarship holder of the Rector of the University of Wrocław.
So far, he has gained experience in law offices, including a notary’s office. His practice taught him to be thorough, patient and open-minded when dealing with clients’ problems.
In his free time, he is interested in history, psychology and sport, mainly tennis, football and bodybuilding – the latter he practices himself.
Kacper Matuszewski
Assistant to Attorney-at-Law
Fifth-year law student at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. He successfully combines his theoretical knowledge gained during his studies with practical skills developed during his work. Involved in the life of the law firm, he actively provides assistance to other members of the team, while being open to valuable advice.
Privately, a lover of motorsports, in particular Formula 1 and the accompanying racing series. In his free time, an amateur of long-distance running and active travel.
Michał Pławucki
Assistant to Attorney-at-Law
Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. He obtained his master’s degree by defending his thesis on the protection of consumer rights under the supervision of Professor Leonard Górnicki. A person with a critical and practical approach to every challenge posed, who likes to collect new experiences. He successfully combines his theoretical knowledge gained during his studies with the practical aspects of work in a law firm.
Privately a lover of cars, history and sports. In his free time he hikes in the mountains, takes part in long-distance running or does extensive mountain biking.
Maja Cichocka
Assistant to Partners
Student at the Institute of English Philology, Faculty of Philology, University of Wroclaw, specializing in interpreting. Her previous professional experience includes working at the District Court for Wroclaw-Fabryczna in Wroclaw as a protocol officer in the First Civil Department, where she also completed her clerkship.
In her free time, she is interested in Polish and foreign fantasy literature and travels to conventions related to this subject, listens to rock music, and trains in Salsation.
Dariusz Kornacki

Graduated with a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Management, Information Technology and Finance at the Wroclaw University of Economics in 2012.
He has been working with CWW Law Firm and then with CDD Law Firm since 2012. He constantly implements the latest technological solutions and provides support in their use.
Passionate about the latest technologies, which he successfully uses in his professional life. Runs his own business providing comprehensive IT services to companies.
Privately a big fan of board games, in particular Carcassonne.
